Responsible for performing a variety of Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Administrative tasks. Keys in daily worksheets to the general ledger system, ensures files are complete and maintained as needed, prepares various reports. Will also run and must be proficient in QB Accounting software and Microsoft Office to process business transactions. Assists accounting personnel and supervisors. Run errands, banking, etc.

Competent in Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks, hands on experience with spreadsheets and reporting, aptitude for numbers, accuracy and attention to details. Must be well organized and have the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment; must have a willing, eager and can do attitude.
