The role of Strategic Account Director is a very high profile role at LoadSpring Solutions, and will report directly to the EVP of Sales. This position will be instrumental in driving new revenue within our largest existing customers and prospects. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of both successfully hunting down and qualifying new customer opportunities, as well as experience supporting and growing an existing client base.
Contacting, qualifying, and growing current and prospective customers within the F500 ENC/AEC space (land and expand)
Leveraging recent wins and successes to open new departments, verticals, and stakeholders within large global accounts
Quarterback bi-annual business reviews and complex sales initiatives involving multiple decision-makers, departments, and locations
Capitalize on LoadSprings cutting edge demand generation and marketing initiatives such as Trade Shows, Lead Nurturing Programs, Marketo, Advertising, Partner Ecosystems, and Customer Events.
Drive overarching sales strategies designed to help the customer achieve their goals and create a win-win scenario for both LoadSpring and our customers
Working with software partners to develop and close new sales opportunities
Maintain our existing customer base by renewing and growing current contracts
7 years experience successfully selling complex solutions such as SaaS/Internet Services, Project Management solutions within AEC, and/or other multifaceted technology platforms for an organization with the ability to learn quickly and deliver results
Experience successfully selling Implementation and/or Consulting Services related to project management/CAD/BIM solutions (Oracle Primavera, Microsoft, Meridian, Deltek, Autodesk, Bentley) is preferred
Experience utilizing Solution Selling and Value Selling techniques at the senior management and CXO level at F1000 Accounts
Proven, recent, and documented success exceeding quota as a Top Performer for several years at a single company (we dont hire job-hoppers)
Solid ability to understand complex selling situations, as well as the needs of individual stakeholders
A passion for excellence, winning, and achieving greatness
Experience with Salesforce.com and Netsuite preferred
The initiative to identify challenges related to existing policies and procedures and provide concrete, positive solutions
This position requires some overnight travel to national and regional customers and prospects throughout the US. Attendance at industry trade shows at least four times a year may be required.
