We are a Residential Loan Servicing company servicing distressed residential loans whose clients are small, controlled private equity funds. We are growing and have an immediate opening for a Bilingual Mortgage Collector to join our Dallas team. Bilingual Mortgage Collector As a Mortgage Collector, you will collect past due amounts on mortgage and/or home equity loans. Your primary responsibilities are collections, customer servicing and other loss mitigation or recovery activities. • You will contact delinquent, charged-off or high-risk customers in order to secure payment and determine reason for delinquency on mortgage loans. • You will negotiate payment arrangements, offer suggestions to customers on how to meet their obligations and advise them as to the possible consequences of not meeting the obligations. • You may also help develop restructuring plans to assist clients in resolving delinquency and avoiding foreclosure. • You will access on-line computer systems to input or retrieve information. • You will have contact with internal/external customers to perform duties and/or resolve recurring problems. Requirements: • Must be fluent in Spanish (must be able to read and write) • Must have previous call center experience • Must have solid work history We offer an excellent benefits and this position pays up $12 an hour (based on experience).
